There are several options if you want a rebreather to keep you smelling the water and breathing oxygen. There are the IDA71 and AP rebreathers. Find out more about these devices. These devices are made to keep you breathing air and maintaining an optimal EANx mixture.

Closed circuit rebreathers

Closed-circuit breathing apparatuses are breathing devices that can be used by divers or other people who have a restricted air supply. These devices consist of four basic assemblies: the head assembly, the Over Pressure Valve (OPV), the Bail Out Valve (BOV), and the counterlung assembly. The drain and water trap are found in the bottom.

The closed-circuit respirator keeps the exhaled air in a closed loop. There it is filtered and refreshed before being recycled back to divers. It allows divers to breathe comfortably without the concern of the system becoming contaminated by toxic gases. A closed circuit system allows the diver to view the partial pressure of oxygen in his air. On the computer of his dive computer, he can also view the dive time, air pressure, and depth.

The oxygen control valve on the closed-circuit respirator is connected to an oxygen tank. A 42-gram gas block is kept in the diluent tanks. The gas block has an inlet hose 44 and a feed hose 46. A manual addhose runs from the gasblock to the regulator. The secondary hose is a second hose that connects to the oxygen control valve 28 and the rebreatherhead 36.

IDA71 rebreather

The IDA71 is a rebreathing apparatus used by marine and military divers. Rysk, Russia, was responsible for its development. There are 71 models in the industry. The Russian terminology for insulating respir apparatus is the inspiration for the names. The simmotstand of the models is minimized. They are also equipped with an oxygen diluent.

The IDA-71 system is similar to the IDA-59 system but is more compact and can be worn on the back. It is compatible with heavy work helmets and can be integrated with a fully dry suit for hazardous environments. The IDA-71 was extensively used in heat exchanger surveys at nuclear power plants and covert military functions.

Its design is innovative and one of the best in the world. It can provide divers with a more extended dive time. It is equipped with a small oxygen cilindro that allows the rebreather circuit to fill before the diver initiates the diving process.

AP rebreather

The AP rebreather lines offer a wide range of options that will suit any budget and diving style. Each model is customizable with the possibility to choose between 3 different chassis sizes and 5 different harness sizes. There are also two different scrubber lengths. The AP line has multiple upgrades that can make the rebreather easier and more comfortable.

AP Diving was founded in 1975 and has been in the industry of diving equipment manufacturing for over 45 years. Their mission is to excel in all that they do. They are also committed to teaching and supporting technical diving. They are able to produce rebreathers with a unique design and manufacturing process, which allows them ensure consistency and quality. They also make a complete diving machine that includes tanks, lungs, and BCDs.

Adjustable flow orifices allow divers to control the flow of air while they dive. This allows it to automatically adjust for fluctuations in oxygen partialpressure in the diving loop. Additionally, the rebreathers weigh less, so divers can carry them around easier.
