Sherwood Scuba manufactures a defective BC. The BC is not up to code, and the company does not provide contact information for customers to solve the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. Sherwood's website does not list a physical address. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
